All the dishes were a disappointment. The soup lacks taste and fragrance for a stew - watered down but with salt. The fish and chicken were dry as well. Unfortunately I witnessed the chilli takeaway container fell on the floor and one staff picked up while the other staff immediately poured chilli in it.

wished I had checked the reviews here first. Indeed the food portion is small and there are no curry provided. For the hefty price you are paying, there are better ayam penyet alternatives - tastier and more filling

I feel that this place shouldn’t get such low review. It’s really not that bad and after started eating I decided to give a review. It’s really not bad and the chillie is still as good. Chicken is flavorful as well

This relatively small and humble restaurant is located on level 1 of Rivervale Mall. However, the front door is facing the main road so technically it’s not inside the mall; if you’re looking to locate it you’d be entering this restaurant from the outside. They have a pretty wide variety of food and drinks (see attached photos for menu). My visit was to takeaway Ayam Penyet with rice; took less than 10 mins for my order at 12:30pm which is alright. The taste was very underwhelming. Chicken meat was dry and the flavour of the fried chicken was not there. The redeeming factor is the spicy sambal chilli but still couldn’t “save” the chicken. Portion of chicken is normal to me. I would expect more from a relatively big franchise chain. I wouldn’t return for this ayam penyet even if I was craving for it, at least not until I probably see better reviews from others in the future.

Went to dine in here and food was good despite the reviews here. I recommend getting their Lele Bakar(grilled lele). Fish was soft and the kicap manis all over the fish was 💯💯 try getting their grilled options if u have yet to try!!
