Monday 3rd July! Honestly I love popeyes, and I am from Ottawa but I have been to several Toronto locations as well as I often come and stay with my cousins. This is probably the cheapest popeyes location I have been to. How do these employees decide the portion of food? I was really surprised when I received my popcorn shrimp (it’s my favourite) the quantity was so less than what I get at other locations that I had to stop and take a picture lol

Such a shame for so reputed food outlet franchise, They have Zero hygiene for the customers: No supplies in washrooms, No cleanliness and maintenance for the female washroom as well. Customers have written some messages on the glass of female washrrom that doesnot look so new. extremely disappointed for the same

Was starving. A quick service and the fish sandwich was just what I needed. And Mursal delivered. She was patient with us taking time with our choices, and prepped it real fast. 😇

The two working on may 18 2023 at 2:00pm deserve a raise. They were the epitome of customer service. Even though my order was late, they handled it so so well. Honestly this is what customer service is all about. I hope somehow their bosses see this and those two get rewarded. I wish all Popeyes employees were like them.

Came here a few years ago on New Year’s Eve and this was one of the places that were open that evening. At this exact location. Since most restaurants were closed because of the holiday, there were a lot of people at Popeyes and a huge lineup. We ordered a few things, all mild as we don’t really eat much spicy foods. When we ate it, everything was extremely spicy. Like so spicy we could barely eat it. We went to the counter and told them and they looked at the chicken and claimed “that’s definitely mild” even though we told them it was extremely spicy. They had the audacity to say that the mild has a bit of spice but it’s not my first time at Popeyes.. I know what mild tastes like and that was not it because it was barely edible due to the spiciness. At the end they just told us they can’t do anything about it 🤷♀️
