My trust issues stemmed from this building, my experience is so different each time that it's confusing, stressful and traumatizing 😔 Poutine tasted good, was served soft and hot. Employees retrieved a missing item in my order upon me pointing it out. Other times, I ordered a mac n cheese and it came cold, with little to no flavour. The cashier informed me that there were no toppings to be added, just regular mac n cheese. The cheese was very bland gross wet and flavourless. Also it was cold. The mac n cheese was somewhat warm on the outside, but cold on the inside. The restaurant itself is very warm, which didn't help because it was a hot summer day during my visit.

Disclaimer: This Popeyes is located in York Lanes at York University. I’ve been attending this Popeyes location for 4 years now. Always reliable with operating hours and consistent with attempting to maintain quality control. 24/02/2022 - Food was well prepared and good quality - Staff provided sufficient amount of condiments - Staff gave an estimated time of completion for order and was on point, however, 7 minutes wait for a Dessert Pie seemed unreasonable though… - The Blackberry Cheesecake Pie that was advertised on screen was not available 🥲 - Limited social distancing / visual markers - Pop machine was very flat. Staff would have never known if we didn’t tell them. They should be testing the quality control regularly. Tips (For Customer): - ALWAYS check to make sure your order is correct before leaving premises.

This Popeyes location is the best one that I've ever been to. I frequent it regularly! The staff is always fast and friendly, and the food is great! It's always delicious and cooked to perfection, and I feel that I get good value for my money.

I really love the staff. It can get really busy but it’s a university so it makes sense. The food is great and always perfectly cooked. Also to save money get the Popeyes app and keep an eye out for offers
