Food doesn’t taste nice at all. Pasta is bland. Pizza doesn’t taste like pizza. Overall poor experience and never come back again. Expensive. They charge extra 7% for CNY, which is ridiculous

The food is lacklustre and doesn't taste or look good. I hope the management would address this! The staff are all courteous, and I guess they did interview and select their staff well :) The marketing on the outside looked good. Interior is alright too.. Ease of system and ordering. POS and payment is quick too. Really, everything is decent enough except for the food! Management please fix and things can turn around.

Chanced upon this outlet and deci⁷ded to try it out. Food looks somewhat similar to Saizeriya but a tad more pricey and with added gst and service charge. If only they could forgo that. Service was prompt and lobby staff were friendly Food was great especially the doria and pizzas. One disappointment was the cheese hamburg which came with a miserable portion of fries. Less than 10 small pieces. Seems like the kitchen staff just gave whatever was left instead of cooking a fresh batch. For $10.90, it wasn't worth it. Based on other photo reviews, you know the standard for this main is inconsistent.

First time, I’ve going there to visit for early dinner to eat called Milan Shokudo halal certified at Westgate with my school friend Darren. The Malay staff was very friendly to us serve food on time very speed service. It has free flow drinks can chose any drinks just like Pizza Hut outlets if they order student meals.

Milan Shokudo recently attained their Halal certificate and we were curious of what their food would taste like. We ordered for 2 pax with 1 of us being quite a big eater & it amounted to less than $50 plus taxes. Their prices are not that pricey and will be enough for 1 person to dine with 1 order an entree plus they offer a free-flow drinks (either hot or cold) order for $3.90 & cold water which is self-service too. We ordered Squid Ink Pasta with Scallop, it had a mild flavour of garlic, really nice fresh scallops and it was not fishy as expected but the kind of flavours you find when you eat at a Japanese eatery, clean and well seasoned. We liked it. We also ordered their Smoke Duck Arrabiata Pasta, again here the garlic was mild, not spicy as they only threw in 5 cuts of dried chillies and the sliced smoked duck was tender. We would prefer a slightly spicy flavour but it was ok after a dash of tabasco & parmesan. For sharing, we ordered their fries which was served with tomato ketchup; nice, crispy outside yet soft inside and not overly salted, and a chicken sausage with pineapple pizza (probably their take on Hawaiian pizza) which was also to us was good, 3 small slices for each of us. The pizza base was much tasty when it was dipped into the arrabiata sauce. Overall we enjoyed it, it was sufficiently well portioned meal although I passed 1/3 of my pasta to accommodate the sides, but still it was good.

All food was superb and the quantity was a lot actually! It kinda looks small at the first glance...but once you start consuming, you realise, you get full fast, especially with the free flow of drinks! Seriously in love with squid ink pasta! It's wet and not dry at all! Other places usually make it super dry like the fried version but here it is just perfect! The takoyaki pizza is awesome too! The amount of cheese is perfect! My hubby who doesn't like pasta, actually says this place's pasta is superb! Will definitely come again! Wanna try the demi glace steak next!

Lunch during public holiday isnt crowded. Was served as soon as I join the queue. Food value is considered cheap with the serving size. Menu offers a wide selection of food and new items can be seen on some months. Food arrives within 10 mins due to less crowd. Overall taste for the food is awesome and nice for the price paid. Recommend for those on budget yet want to try something nice. Good for groups gathering as well even though from outside can see shop is small.

When I stepped into the restaurant, the first thing that popped into my mind was- Saizeriya. It is hard not to make the comparison because the food they serve has the same feel to it- Cheap and not the most palatable. Maybe it sounds harsh, but given how the price is higher than Saizeriya's, you would expect better quality food. However, the food that they serve is really average. The fries have this fake feeling to them. From the texture, it felt like frozen fries that have been microwaved. The pasta was so watery, so there wasn't much taste to it. But the pasta tasted like ramen for some reason, and it was probably a little overcooked because it was a bit soggy. The pizza was definitely the best part, but it was a bit too oily. The place does offer an interesting variety of food since it's an Italian and Japanese fusion. However, it is not that worth visiting since the taste of the food does not justify the price.

Service is great, free ice water, only food need to be improved. Pasta is decent, chicken dish they serve is raw, inform the waitress and I think they just reheat the chicken and then resend me the dish. Hope I can amend this review once they improve on the food. Serving is on the smaller side. Maybe need to order two dishes ( one carb and one protein ) if you're hungry.

For its price, I really think the food is decent lor. Like you can’t be expecting authentic Japese Italian fusion food here… The pizza is a must try. Pasta not so much. I also love the free flow drink bar. It’s affordable overall. You might wanna order more than 1 food item since the portions are small. Other than that, the space here is rather small so they can’t split the tables to maximise the number of pax so do expect to queue during peak hours!
