ZUS Coffee at Westgate is a great spot for coffee lovers! They offer a variety of drinks, from classic lattes to creative options like CEO Coconut Latte, Watermelon Latte, and Not Pistachios Tea Latte. Whether you prefer coffee or non-coffee drinks, there’s something for everyone. The Spanish Latte was smooth and well-balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness. The shop has a cozy seating area, but it can get crowded. Overall, a nice place to grab a drink while visiting Westgate.

Such a bad experience, first of all, quality of drink is so poor. I ordered strawberry matcha latte and i get low grade strawberry milk with matcha that taste so artificial not even anything close to what they promoted in their picture for $5.9! Second of all, staff were all so untrained and unbothered, no systematic SOP, orders were piling up and they took 20 mins to fulfill my order, people behind me were already getting their drinks yet i am still waiting blindly. Thirdly, I had to ask the staff if my order was ready as i saw a line up of drinks behind her which she did not push forward to serve the customers. If i did not approach her, i will still probably be waiting. Wasnt even during peak hour, 2.30pm on a monday. Overall, very very bad experience and I will not be back again.

1. Waited 50 mins for a cup of coffee. 2. Bin overflowing and not cleared promptly. 3. Self packed our drinks even though mentioned takeaway. 4. Drinks were given at different intervals even though number was called. 5. Taste mediocre Atrocious waiting time. Order at your own risk.

Ordered 2 cups of vietnamese spanish latte waited for more than 15 mins. There wasnt even queue and dine in was empty. Went to Jem to run an errand and return order is still not ready. Requested for straw and paperbag for take away during order via app however, no straw or paper bag was prepared. Have to ask for it. Paper bag given was without handle and have to press to open glass door very inconvenient. Tasted coffee was flat and bland. Was wondering if im drinking coffee or coconut water. Bad experience. Will stick to Luckin coffee within the mall instead.
