More than 33 bucks and yucks. Chicken was tasteless and soggy and oily. Had the lemon chicken and Louisiana rub boneless. Service staff make us wait 5 minutes before taking our orders while she was busy chatting and laughing with her colleagues. The place was dirty and messy. So definitely not going to come back. Oh ya the nicest thing was the mushroom were ok.

Food came out cold after waiting 40 mins for the “made by order”. It was not even our complete order as the mushroom came out after 1 hour of ordering. We ordered the food as Dine in but as you can see from the pic, they packed it in takeaway boxes. At the cashier, it was also stated that estimated waiting time is

Staff was unreasonable, said we couldn’t combine tables and quoting him, he said “MY store cannot combine the tables”. Does he need to be that arrogant… If you guys want more customers come back and be more family friendly, train your staff properly. The food is good but service brings people back.

I’m not sure if its me or what; all the chicken size from boneless wing to tenders are all bite size. Their tenders are like a finger length. Taste-wise is good tho. Ranch is fine. Other than that, chicken is below par. I understand it can be extremely busy during lunch hour, but theres no one managing the takeaway orders. Staffs not bothering to check receipts and takeaway packaging is as messy as ever, sauce spilling the whole plastic bag.

Never eaten here before. But looking at the lunch crowd, the food should be good. Will only try as a walk-in customer. If you want to order online or via food delivery platform, be prepared for a long wait. Went to collect food as a rider. 2 orders came in few minutes shy of 1pm but orders were prepared only close to 2pm? If the franchise only values walk-in customers, then do everyone a favor and unsubscribe yourself from other delivery platforms.
