Horrible staffs. They gave me burnt hard brown waffle. Shortchange customers with bad quality food. It's just waffles, get it right.

The staff were extremely rude and they only concerned about plastic bags. Always argue with customer about plastic bag. Should teach your staff basic manners to approach not to fight with customers. Fight win You close shop. Fight loose you also close shop. Good luck

I am writing to provide feedback about my recent purchase from your Marsiling shop. On 25/7/25，I bought a kaya cake from your shop, but unfortunately, the kaya tasted stale. I tried to provide feedback to your staff member, a Chinese girl morning shift , but she was very rude and dismissive. She claimed that the cake should have been consumed within half an hour of purchase, but I had eaten it immediately after buying it. I hope you can look into this matter and take necessary actions to improve the quality of your products and the customer service provided by your staff.
