This branch at T2 is good enough in terms of environment and cleanliness. The food is soso as century square branch is much better than this.

I recently visited with two friends and used the self-ordering machine to order some chicken. The machine showed a picture of chicken leg pieces, which is what I wanted, but when I went to the collection point, I was given a different part of the chicken. When I noticed the mistake, I went back to the collection point to ask for the correct order, but the staff told me that once the order is collected, it can’t be changed. They mentioned this was the restaurant’s policy, but there was no notification or warning on the machine during the ordering process about this rule. If this is a policy, the machine should notify customers to inform the counter. This experience was bad, and I hope the restaurant can improve its communication to avoid similar issues for other customers in the future.
