Hits and misses at this restaurant. The wagyu laksa was a disappointment - overcooked wagyu that tasted like hard beef (not even sure if it’s really wagyu). The beef bacon at the English Breakfast was terrible - just too hard. The black coffee served was too diluted. Fried calamari was on the tough side. The only saving grace was the fried mushroom - it was just ok. Prices are on the high side. Sorry folks - need to really improve.

Very extensive menu, toolang (mutton / beef bone cooked so that marrow Is gelatinous and a delicacy) speciality, generous portions, affordable pricing. Enjoyed our visit here! The Nasi Minyak set for 4 could easily be shared by 6 or more! Toolang are good, maybe opt for the long bones so there’s more marrow. The “battleshops” essentially put the toolang on a baked dough, abit like a pizza. Food comes relatively fast, service is ok but they can get busy. Do make reservations! The line can be long. Kids or those who don’t like spicy food have plenty of options - pasta, pizza, and more. Will be back to taste more of the menu!

Had dinner with family. Thanks to the friendly senior guy at the cashier who helped us get a table when it was packed on a Saturday night. Decent food especially the Wagyu steak. Will recommend to my friends. The service tries their best but looks understaffed.

Naturally, it is a perfect location to wind down. Place offers local Malay cuisine. Tried the laksa, it was ok not the best I have tasted. Gravy was thick. Not sure why the fish cake was chunky as I prefer tge thinly sliced version. Two big prawns and you have to peel it yourself. The chilli was spicy but taste was just so-so. Food is a bit overpriced, but I guess you are paying for the sea breeze and/or view of the ocean.

We went there for a weekday afternoon lunch as a big group (11 people). The interior of the restaurant was nicely decorated. The food portions were fresh and we enjoyed the fusion of Asian and Western cuisines. A pity that the coffee machine was down so many of the coffees we wanted to order were not available. Only the iced drinks were available, but the iced lime juice was too sweet.
