1) Environment: Cozy. Clean. Nice paintings they have. We came at 8+pm nearing 9pm. No other customers was there. We LOVE the music. Especially me. The playlist was nostalgic, sing-along songs. Love love love it. 2) Service: 100% welcoming us tho we came quite close to their closing hours. We went to few restaurants before them but got rejected due to full house and almost closing hour. But at Taliwang, they accepted us although they were preparing to close already. We really appreciate this kind gesture especially when we were trying to celebrate my husband's success that night. 3) Drink: We ordered iced bandung and water (they don't have cold water). I must say, that was the very first time I got frothed bandung. And I loved it. We loved it. We can taste the rose and the milk, nicely blended with each other. 4) Food: I ordered Bakwan Jagung for myself coz I was quite full that time. I love the sauce. And my husband love the bakwan. It was his 1st time eating a bakwan jagung. The bakwan reminded me of Bekasi, Jakarta..nicely done..just that the price is slightly expensive..9 dollars for a plate of bakwan. But I can understand coz of the location, the rent might be expensive as well. My husband ordered Wagyu cheese burger. It have some sambal in it. It also came with fries and salad. We love it. The patty was so juicy and tender. Since my husband didn't eat veggies, I finished his salad. And I must say the salad dressing was nice. The portion is just nice for 1 person. 5) Did I mention that you can get 10% off when you show your receipt for your next visit there? You can just snap the picture of your receipt and show it to them next visit!! Overall, we recommend this place for its friendly service, cozy environment, nice food and drinks..especially for those wanting to experience Indonesian fusion foods, this might be another restaurant for you to explore.

Good service and nice food! Staff introduced the dishes from menu for us and also tell us the spicy level of different sources. The kang kong is more spicy than we expected. will ask for less spicy next time Recommend to try

Wandering around Arab Street area, starving and tired, discovered this authentic Indonesia restaurant on google map. Special thanks to the waitress who first introduced the cuisines to us at the entrance, with such aplomb and patience to our poor knowledge of Indonesia food. She recommended the various trademark dishes, and highlighted their grilled chicken menu.. and my that did not disappoint. The grilled chicken was grilled to perfection, leaving the meat succulent and tender, and the skin crisp, coupled with the charming fragrance of the charcoal. Price was reasonable for this area, and the Tempe was really appetising as well. A great dinner and highly recommended! 15% off if you recommend them on IG as well!

We tried the grill and fried duck. Both taste good but the fried duck can be abit chewy at some parts. Price wise can be cheaper. Service wise are mixed, some of them are friendly but some waiter keeps frowning and giving bad vibes. Overall good food. Will go again.

4.5 stars. Food here is amazing and surprisingly not crowded for a Sunday evening. The char on the meat is simply amazing! Had the ayam, bebe, seabass which had great char and goes with different chili. Also had the soup + eggplant which was good too. All good but the chocolate milkshake feels a bit cheap. The staff was also friendly to explain the menu if you're new to the place.
