Decided to give the restaurant a try as the overall Google rating is 4.7 stars. I have to say the food quality is average. Ordered the Sesame Chicken Collagen La Miami with salt and pepper crispy chicken which I have attached a photograph. The noodle was too salty and the favors tasted like too much MSG added. You can see the crispy chicken pieces were small and fried till they are too dry, nothing like the picture shown in the menu. The steam dumpling in spicy chilli oil was another recommended dish. The dumpling tasted like any frozen dumpling off the shelves and the chicken filling inside was mushy. Definitely a miss. Ordered Fresh Onion Salad and for $7.90, it is another disappointment. Just onion with some salad dressing. Perhaps my expectations were too high due to the pricing. The restaurant is huge, bright and clean. Service was basic, no real enthusiasm and the staff were pretty much more reactive than actively looking out to help customers. Don’t blame them as there were only 2 waiters excluding the team in the kitchen. For a casual restaurant at this price point, I should not be complaining. Just wanted to warn gourmets out there that this is definitely not a 4.7 stars establishment.

Food was delicious, served hot, in good time. Scan QR code to order and tried their cold dishes (self-service). Menu is good but could be better if there are more dumplings options. A quick and yummy Halal lunch after work, thanks!

Saw it came out on the social media and news about this outlet, I specially travelled to Changi to try out. It was quite disappointed though. There was a queue which took me 20 minutes and after I ordered 30 minutes for the food to arrive. I wanted beef noodle but it wasn't available at all. I saw there was a promotion of beef noodle on going the day I visited but none of them were available. Food taste was ok, not really fantastic to specially travel to eat.

Stumbled upon this unique and interesting restaurant while bringing along my family to see & visit Jewel at Changi AP. We were even surprised and glad to found out that this Taiwan Culture Restaurant is Halal Certified by MUIS.😃, as me and my family are Muslims, we were very eager to find out more about its range of menu offering. We finally decided to give it a try and decided to have our lunch here. When the food being served, we were astounding and amazed how delicious and tasty were the food here. It was mouthwatering and tantalising with tasty ingredients, sauces and vibrant colours to make the food more appealing and palatable. Mock tail drinks and desserts were great too. Much has been said , these pictures attached before and after speaks for itself…. please do bring your friends and love ones here if you want to have a great time and chill by having these authentic Taiwan dishes menu. For sure you will not regret. Don’t fail to give it a shot, if you’re at the vicinity of Changi Airport, especially at T2, level 3 ….awesome food 🥘 serves here and managers & staff were friendly too, serving with sincere smiles 🤩🥰

Food took awhile to come. Maybe they were overwhelmed because they're new? Not sure. Anyway, food is alright. Beef omelette rice bowl came first and it was surprisingly cozy with a thick layer of omelette on a bed of white rice. It came with a nice drizzle of Worcestershire-like sauce that helps cut through the fatty braised beef that has a nice herbal flavour. Sesame chicken collagen noodles were warming and reminded me of some instant noodles that I bought from Taiwan. Fried chicken is alright. Dumplings were ok but chicken dumplings are always mushy for some weird reason. They have some cold side dishes that you can help yourself to that are $1.90/$2.90 per plate. Didn't try that nor any drinks. Alright place for a meal.
