Visited the shop at Bugis Junction and have been wanting to try their pastries. Was standing there for a while before the staff came to attend to me. Saw some items with labels recommended by the shop so I decided to buy and try them out. Generally would say the pastries are good as they are loaded with filling. Ordered the limited edition Durian Polo and it was very satisfying. It costs almost 6 dollars but it was also quite filling after finishing that big polo bun. The yam donut is a must for all yam lovers. I cannot emphasize enough how much the yam filling was it looked like the donut was exploding. The Kazu Kazu was also nice and I enjoyed the creaminess of it. Overall the cream and filling are thick and not overly sweet. Would definitely pop by again to try the other items!

Tried their golden horn croissant at $2.20, it was more like shio pan than a croissant. The dough itself was buttery and chewy, and fared well after reheating the next day. It wasn’t anything special though, I wouldn’t recommend travelling just to try it.

Bought some doughnuts (chocolate and Hokkaido (cheese?)) and the Apple Pastry … Had the Apple pastry and it had the perfect balance in the pastry fluffiness, and crunch. Just the right combination of the apple filling and cream. One bite into it and it puts a smile from ear to ear. Will post photos in the next review
