Sorry to say. Sanook lost the authentic Thai taste. More like local majority food. No Thai spiciness. The noodle boat lost the Thai taste. More like ketchup soup. Chilli cuts or to precise Thai chilli are more to majority local taste. Why? This makes another restaurant I might skip out of my mind in the future. It used to be one of the most selected restaurants if we were having simple food.

Went on a Saturday evening at about 5+ PM and was able to get a seat straight away. The staff was very attentive and the restaurant also serves a free bowl of popcorn as a snack. The Thai food served was great and does resembled the food I tasted in Thailand. However, during my visit, I find that their food (especially the omelette) was slightly oily. I would recommend this place if you are interested to try Thai food that resembles the authentic Thai food in Thailand. However, do take note that the food might be oily.

Got their lunch deal, food flavourful and staff was attentive. There's free flow pop corn that you can help yourself to.

service was fast during peak hr on a fri. lunch set not really up to my expectation. basil chicken too soggy/wet. will prefer a drier version. tom yam soup and mango salad super sour. salad portion is quite pathetic. they have free popcorn and plain water, you need to self service.

3-Star: Deep Fried Sea Brass with Thai Chilli Sauces: Average, hard, crispy with some sharp bones, so eat with care, especially for elderly. The sweet chilli sauce is very nice though 2.5-Star: Mango Sticky Rice with Coconut Milk: The reason why I ate here today as missing it badly but the variant here is my least favourite, mainly the glutinous rice... but, saviour was their crews generosity when I ask for more coconut milk which is sorely lacking (in amount), so overall, dun regret ordering it but will not order again as variant dun suit me... 3-Star: Thai Milk Tea: Much least sweet but still hold it's own flavour. Good for those who are conscious anout sweetness but unwilling to compromise on taste 4-Star; Service: Friendly service and generosity when I ask for extra sauces that usually come in fixed amount for particular dishes 3-Star: Ambience; No Huh-Ha but welcoming for F&F catch-up makans
