Amazing churros, served fresh!

Amazing churros with affordable prices with its current promotion. Can be crispier though, its quite soft which doesnt have the biting of usual churros texture feel. However still a nice dessert or afternoon snack.

I’ve bought from Churros Republic before and have really enjoyed the food itself, but the service is consistently bad. Today was one of those days - I arrived at Churros Republic around 9pm, since it stated online that the shop closed at 9:30pm. However, when I arrived 30 minutes before this closing time, the staff member had already put everything away and was mopping up for the day - basically he had closed the shop already. When he saw me standing there, he immediately rolled his eyes at me. I was confused by this and asked him why the shop was being closed 30 minutes before what was stated online - to which he rudely said “Yes, the shop closes at 9:30, but my shift ends at 9.” And basically implied that he wouldn’t serve me anymore. I would like to give this staff member the benefit of the doubt, since I myself have worked in F&B and know how exhausted one is at the end of a shift, but I thought how he acted towards me was completely out of line. I assume that there must have been some miscommunication issues about the worker’s shift between the worker and the manager, leading this problem to happen, so I strongly advise that this issue is looked into so that others do not have to go through the same negative experience as me.
