Ordered mee rubus. Quality was good but the portion of the noodle is lesser as in 3 mouth and left strands. Popiah were thin and not like before. Seems like Qiji is struggling to survive to cut down portion to survive. If chance to try other branch to try again

New JP outlet opened end July’21 during Phase 2 (HA). Although it was takeaway, the Prawn Laksa flavour still tastes rich and ingredients (fish cake slices, prawn, laksa leaves, egg, thick bee boon) blended well in good proportions for each mouthful - Must try Not in photo is Chicken Cutlet Nasi Lemak and noteworthy is the succulent cutlet and relatively spicy sambal chilli. As expected, flagship Qiji product Prawn Popiah doesn’t disappoint with well seasoned radish and other condiments wrapped in thin popiah skin without falling apart. One nitpick will be the use of light coloured “translucent” prawns which are less palatable than the bright coloured orangey ones 🦐 Verdict: - Taste 4/5 - Price 4/5 - Service 4/5 - Environment 3/5

Had nasi lemak and popiah in the shop. Service can be improved. Only 4 tables in the shop and one table occupied by their staff. Since they’re running business, should clear up the table for customers. Cashier asked me to wait for 5 mins because one of the customers was about finish eating. I was not sure the customer should clean up the table or the staff should. I was waiting the table to be cleaned up and waiting for my food at the same time. My nasi lemak was ready and cashier asked me to take and sit down first while Popiah was still preparing. I told her to clean and wipe the table. Not sure what were the staff doing and didn’t prioritize to serve the customers first. Food was average.

To Qiji Headquarters, I would first like to say that I have been an avid patron of your cuisine for a long time and I patronize your outlet at Jurong Point. However I must feedback that today afternoon around 2.30-3pm, whilst I was having a meal, there was an elderly man staff who occupied a table (during busy hours to boot!) at the front of the shop who made my experience miserable. Through my order he was yelling loudly at passerbys. He was also playing loud music on his handphone (despite the big fat "Please don't use your handphone during work hours." sign) when he was bored. I have seen him occasionally taking plates out and he was wearing the Qiji uniform, so I pressume he is a cleaner staff. I, as a customer, am fine if I see a staff using handphone - but to play loud annoying music while yelling at people outside the shop? This is ridiculous, it is putting your professionalism into the drain. Meanwhile the other staff in the shop are dilligently working, he was just sitting there doing barely anything! I feel bad for them as this staff just stands out like a sore thumb not doing anything and being an utter nuisance to us customers. I'm sorry to say but if I can't have my meal here in peace then I will have to stop patronizing your store in favour of a nearby store like Miaomiao, this isn't the first time I have seen this particular staff doing this either. I changed my mind and ordered takeaway because I felt like I could not have my meal in peace, but I don't feel inclined to purchase any meals here again. 3 out of 5 stars because while the food is alright, the fact that I can't have a peaceful meal here is a serious problem. Already being generous.

Takeaway the chicken cutlet nasi lemak at $6.20 and the regular popiah at $2.60 each. Both are nice and delicious.
