I had patronized this stall several times. Had be a pleasant experience until today. It no longer welcome customers nor serve the good food with honesty. Today, they ran out of vegetables which is a MAIN side dish in the set meal. They DID NOT INFORM customers. They just served the food without the vegetables QUIETLY. Hoping nobody know. When I realized vegetables was missing, I went back to the stall to ask. They just brushed me off saying no more vege. I questioned why not compensated with other items. They ignored me by showing me an annoying look and then continued serving the customers in queue. After my meal, I felt cheated and went back to the stall since the queue had gone. All the 3 staff did not feel apologetic and claimed had given me extra cucumbers. There was ONLY ONE slice of cucumber on my plate. OMG it's cheating! How can the value of a slice of cucumber be the same as a portion of vege?!!! After about 10min of confrontation, the staff with pony-tail, who served my order, finally agreed to refund $1.20 (vege price on their menu). Their attitude was bad to 101% especially the ponytailed and the darker skin one who grilled the chicken ... so be wary when you buy from this dishonest hawker stall.

I wish I took a better picture as it doesn’t look enticing but it was so good! I really wasn’t expecting much but I decided to try their food because the stall had a queue of 4-5 people (there were stalls with no one). Got the Ayam Bakar and it was delicious! The chicken was very tender and everything just complemented each other. I only wished the food was served hot.

The food here used to be good and I used to come quite often to take away their food. But I went down today evening and the fish served was re-fried, so it was very hard. The worst part is they only had a drip of curry left and they did not bother to inform their customers beforehand and chose to act like they don't give curry gravy along with their food. When I asked for curry the staff just added some hot water to mix in with the curry and proceeded to pour it on my rice. That's very unprofessional and disgusting.

Awesome and delicious grilled chicken with good combination of the gravy and balachan. The chicken was juicy and tender and some simple vegetable that blends well with bursting flavor. Add brinjal to give a kick on the taste to make it a fulfilling lunch.

The best spot in Sengkang to satisfy our penyat cravings. Go easy on the chili, it taste nice at the front but the spiciness comes later! Love the chicken thigh, grill or bbq. Fish is a love-it hate-it affair. Price is affordable. Although there is always a queue, serving is fast.
