Food is standard fare. The makcik taking the order however is notorious for making mistakes and she shrugs it off by cracking lame jokes targeted at the customer and laughing loudly in your face each time to make you feel uncomfortable so that you will forget about her little fiasco. Don't believe me? TRY IT. Go order for a week and see how many times she gets it wrong and does this without apologising.

If you need a quick fix for halal chicken rice, you can consider My Kampung at Yishun Interchange. Rice had a decent amount of chicken stock flavour unlike some stalls that are lacking in this area, and grainy too to improve the overall texture and tasting experience with every bite. Reasonable amount of chicken for the entry price, and paired with nice chilli sauce - sufficiently tangy and not firey. Value for money. Note that the pictures reflect an upsized portion for the chicken. Other options available include chicken char siew, curry noodles, ipoh style hor fun, yellow noodles etc. Service was fast on a Saturday at 12+pm.

Really horrible service the Cubby Malay girl is so rude !! whenever I ordered in advance she will always fail to get my order ready . when I when there today she was so rude just shouted at me busy!! busy !! I been a regular customer & this how they treat their customers
