Ordering : There’s something wrong with their ordering app. My colleague was able to utilise her first time member voucher and I couldn’t, so I approached the staff at counter but they said it was because I registered today (so did my colleague)?? Anyway I made the payment without the member voucher. Next, they got my colleague order wrong (she didn’t select takeaway but food came in takeaway and wrong item). We were too hungry so we just decided to have the meal anyway. Table beside us also had similar issues (they had a duplicate order in app but all had their meals) Staff: They are relatively helpful and polite, just waiting time was quite long for the food despite only two tables were filled with people. Food: Taste wise is just not bad but kind of looks different from the menu (enoki came without sauce and a bit small?)

Ordered winglets with ranch, spicy sauce dumplings, and Salted chicken rice. Wings 7.5/10 + Garlic Ranch 2/10 (normal garlic ranch though servings are generous) Salted Chicken Rice 9/10 (real good) Spicy Sauce Dumpling 5/10... Dumpling itself is 8/10 but theres no spicy sauce mah.... Kudos to the Guy at the cashier for great customer service 👍 (shown in pic)

Do not eat at their tampines hub branch. Tried their prawn fried rice with my colleague for lunch, service was good and thought was not bad, came with 4prawns and fried rice was well cooked…one week later (today) brought my wife to try, ordered and it came with 3prawns. Staff told me say because this week the prawns bigger so hence become 3. There was no difference in size of prawns cos most likely it is frozen/thawed kind. Staff did not try to explain any further and just say its management call for it to be reduced to 3. Mind you I just ate a week ago! Qte mind boogling if u can imagine the next visit they can tell you that there is only 2prawns because its “bigger” and mgt say have reduced the quantity. Overall service was good but just after this experience, maybe we wont patronise them again. What a pity!

Totally disappointed with the torched wagyu beef cube. Staff ask me the doneness, but only cook well done even I ask for medium rare. To me this is not even Wagyu at all. The onion ring also a disappointment. The only food that is average is the crispy giant squid.
