Staff attended to customers who walked in first after I had placed my foodpanda order. Claimed they prioritise counter customers. This may be subjective but I'm giving them 2 stars for a non FIFO policy that discriminates against panda customers.

Not many people on a weekend night time which is good. They offer a wide range of tea here but I tried the classic one (tieguanyin?) milk tea which was ok, the tea flavour is decent but I think at 30% sugar level it is still a bit too sweet Just my preference here speaking

If you’re getting the taro soft serve, tell the person not to drizzle the black sugar syrup. The taro taste was pretty faint, so I could only taste the syrup and it tasted more like a brown sugar boba flavoured ice cream to me. Not sure if it’s worth the price!

Nice soft serve and pearl Black Tea. It has natural tea foam in the drink. I had minimal sugar so it don't taste bitter

got a milk tea with pearls at $3.90, tea is super nice compared to other bubble tea shops with even higher pricing the gentleman running the shop was very cheerful and speedy, appreciated his service! only thing to note is the drinks here seem to be on the sweeter side for me. i usually get ~30% sugar for my bubble tea, but this one seemed quite a bit sweeter than the ones i usually get. probably wouldnt recommend anything higher than 50% sugar edit: this is for the shop on level 1, not the one at the basement oops 😅
