The best hospitality experience provided by this store. Due to some personal reasons I have to be in the mall for around 7 hrs but for about 4 hrs I was sitting in the McDonald's store as it has good ventilation and seating space. Despite of heavy traffic they haven't asked my to leave the store. They managed the things very smoothly. The store team is really following all the COVID 19 safety norms. This has been observed by me during 4 hrs of waiting in the store. Every employee in out temperature is monitored, employees are using sanitizer and even cleaning all the surfaces in contact time to time. Even the POS machines are cleaned when rush is less. All these attempts has build a trust in me about the hygiene being the utmost priority for Mc Donald's store. The employees are polite, friendly and cooperative. Which enhances the customer experience

Mcd you were an amazing brand but the time your staff is not taking care of the orders is making your brand low day by day. When we are placing an order, as a customer we need a ketchup as well atleast one ketchup per burger one ketchup per mc puff which you are giving us depends on our order but when we are placing an online order by purchasing more ketchups then why your staff is not providing the ketchups which should come under my order as a free of cost. You think the customer who is eating your food is a fool. Right? If we make you popular , we can become anti mcd also. Just one post on social media can make you down. Just keep these things in your mind. Don't make us fool. If we will make you fool , you will not sustain in India. And you mcd vaishali sector 4, Too hell with you and your pathetic staff.

Quite a big outlet. Good place to have some nice fast food. You can find lots of seating tables, you can easily grab one during non peak hours. Environment is properly clean and well maintained. Staff is polite and provide quick service.

Burgers are just fine , fries are not good at all they not fresh actually chewy. Tried new grill butter chicken burger not so good not bad ......so it's an average place to hangout plus. The thing which I personally didn't like at all that mc Donald are serving drinks without the glass cap so your drink will be open all the time so there is no cap on your glass, but good things is that they give you straw which is sealed in cover. So it's all about cost ...burger King will give you glass cap but straws are without cover .......
