Purchased taters only to find some that were rotten. They were cut very messy and when I looked inside this is what I found. The tater box also had a bunch of left over bits of inedible chicken from the oil fryer.

The quality here is lacking. Maybe it depends on location. I’ve never had a positive experience at the Sherwood Park location. Not sure why I thought this time would be any different. At other locations, the Big Mary used to be a big solid chicken breast. The meat this time was really thin and dry with a thick tough batter. Very disappointing. Also, I requested no lettuce and got lettuce which was brown and wilted. Gross.

My sandwhich came as two separate pieces of very dry Almost meatless chicken. It’s rock hard batter.. not impressed. Won’t be going back.

Paid for meal, said it would be 20-30 minutes.. came back in 15 minutes and they were closed. I love paying for something and getting nothing I stopped by on my way back through Edmonton to see if they would honor my receipt. They did, so it is why I am changing my review. I had emailed the customer service below, but received no response. I talked to the owner on the phone, and for what ever reason he wanted to argue with me semantics of the situation. They have a we are hiring, and my first visit was on the long weekend. Anyhow, the staff are friendly, the owner I could care less for, and the food is decent.

After ordering food, I watched the cook handle everything without gloves. He then was coughing, touching his face, and answered a call on his earpiece. Cashier went to the back and used her bare hands to grab chicken. Zero hand washing during this experience from either employee. Will definitely not return to this location. *Still haven't heard anything back from this restaurant. Emailed the company as well. Very worrisome.
