Damn pathetic… Ordered the salad and picked udon as the main. Only could see mostly cold udon which tasted overcooked and the 5 pcs of “asparagus”, with the texture and appearance of a french bean. Couldn’t bring myself to finish it despite waiting so long. Will not be coming back.

Food quality was standard as Makisan, but the service wasn’t up to standard with the attitude of the female staff who didn’t even wanna answer your question / say “thank you” …

I don't get it, I ordered half an hour in advance for pick up during off peak hour, and when I arrived at the specified pick up timing the staff were just sitting around watching shows and happily told me they'll make my order now??
