Wow, the food was extremely Delicious 🤤 Every dish was bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The Claypot prata was especially outstanding, with its delicate texture and delicious seasoning. The service was top-notch as well. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an incredible dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Had an amazing experience at Chai O'Clock. My partner and I got the mutton biryani and chicken claypot rice. Mutton biryani was flavourful and delicious. For the claypot rice - you will be served with piping hot rice mixed well into a curry that’s very tasty. Felt like home cooked. We had ours done on ‘mild spicy’ and it was a south indian spice at its best. The environment is pleasant and the staff is especially friendly. He recommended on the portion for us as well as spice level. Overall very accommodating. We will return to try their viral pani puri someday.

Nice cosy place with prata / thosai in the morning and afternoon menu includes claypot rice, briyani etc… We enjoyed our prata and thosai and their signature Pani Puri! Baby seats are available. Pro tip: I managed to order nes-lo (Nescafe + milo mixed) even though it was not in the menu.

I first tried their dahi puri at last year's Deepavali bazaar, and it was pretty impressive. So, when they had a stall at the Punggol pasar malam sometime later, I was excited to try it again. However, it was quite a disappointment. They rectified this by taking the feedback seriously, and the next experience wasn't too bad, though the standard had dipped a little. I was skeptical when I saw they had opened a shop, but I'm glad I came because they more than made up for the second time. The food is prepared like it would be at home, with care and love, just how it should be. We intended to order the mutton and seafood satti sorru (a claypot rice version), but a staff member suggested the "Festival rice/meal" instead. It included white rice with vegetables, pickles, hard-boiled egg, and seafood and mutton, all served on a banana leaf. There was a lot of food! We enjoyed most of it, especially the tasty seafood. We also ordered a side of quail egg sambal, which was great. Special mention for the masala tea, which was made with less sugar as I requested, and was just right for me. 😊 Not forgetting their dahi puri, which was as awesome as the first time I tried it. Service was excellent, with the chef checking on how the food was, and all the staff were friendly and polite. I can't wait to go back and try more of their dishes!

We asked for a little more spice in our Mutton Satti Sorru and it tasted perfect (please don’t tone down the spice!!). Haven’t had such a good one in a while and will definitely be back for more, especially when it comes out so fast. The Paneer Satti Sorru is a great vegetarian option as well. Get a drink to wash down the spice if you can’t handle it. The iced masala chai is perfect for this
