The texture reminds me of mochi. Crispy on the outside & chewy on the inside. It’s a pity that the sauce sits on the doughnuts, not absorbed at all. By the time we finished, we are left with a pool of generous sauce gone to waste.

Hard on the outside and Chewy on the inside. Not bad. Got the bueno and Nutella. Bueno was pretty good. Would recommend that.

Went 1pm and saw that they were having maintenance. As advised by Instagram @lukumades_singapore , 3pm they will reopen for their donuts. We reached 310pm and staff at the shop said need to wait another 30 more min for the dough to be ready. This was not updated on their Instagram, and we had already made the 2nd trip down. We also called 9661 6071 their hp listed on Google prior to making 2nd trip today. He said donuts ready at 3pm so there was zero communication with the staff of shop and the hp boss of shop. Staff of shop simply said things happen when we asked them why they were not ready and why it was not communicated online. Passive and not very helpful. So after leaving the shop we called the boss again, asking him for a reason of why there was no update the shop was not ready at 3pm as communicated on instagram. Without any effort of service recovery, the boss/manager of lukumades cut the call and hung up. We would gently discourage interested patrons to avoid this shop due to their subpar attitude towards customer. Also, a quick google will confirm that this is Australian franchisee, bearing a different logo from LUKUMAΔΕΣ in Athens of Greece.

The donuts were good and very soft. The staff there are very friendly and nice. However, they made a mistake in our order and we informed them. Rather than making other customer’s order first, they should prioritise those orders that they had gotten wrong as they ordered first.

Saw the ad on insta, bought it cuz it looks delicious, mind blowing. Chewy and soft mini donuts, wide variety of sauces that matched perfectly. Will surely be back again!
