Terrible. Ordered a set 3 pc chicken meal. Fries are super dry like eating cardboard, same goes for the chicken and cold. Taste like the food was double fried and all juiciness are lost, dry batter . Terrible...and disappointing. Wont go again. Btw staff attitude was bad as well

Long John takes Toooooooo Long to get served . Pls focus on Dine in prior to Take away orders , Increase the workforce to serve residents better.

Sad and disappointed that missing items in the order. Paid higher than usual for the Grab delivery but missing not 1 but 7 items from the order. Please reflect and verify.

Very friendly service and that the food arrived very quickly. There are many seating for people to dine in at the place. There is no kiosk here and all is manually order at the cashier. It is brightly lit and is quite cooling. Overall, I had a very good experience at this outlet.

Decided that i wanted to go there after playing Simon Says on Roblox,the chicken and fries tasted great when i took it to go. The only thing that is kinda bad is that the packaging has an another packaging inside. I didn't bother abt it at all,like you said,i will reuse it in the near future.
