Well they serve only few drops of coffee in a std glass. Do not go for it. Though coffee is good.

Extremely disgusted by their rude and unhygienic actions. I ordered two hot waters, a hot chocolate, and marble mocha. The hot chocolate and marble mocha were tasteless. I found a dead mosquito in the hot water and went back to the counter. The employee gave me a fork and told me to remove the mosquito from my own drink. I was in utter disbelief and had to tell her to replace the hot water and the cup. What sane employee tells a customer to drink from the same water from which a dead bug is a found? Disgusting behavior. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I got the iced matcha latte with soy milk, and I really like it! My brother ordered the New York cheesecake and he really liked it as well. The people who work here are super friendly as well, which is nice when you are tired and about to get on a night-time flight.

First of all, coffee was ok, on fair said. Service was slightly rude in my opinion. Asian Girl with blonde hair who was serving me showing like “I don’t wanna be here” attitude. Usually I’m a piccolo person. Since Singapore was hot and humid, I decided to try their cold drink option. Left board is local coffee option and right board menu is normal Italian/western option like latte, cap, piccolo and mocha I admit it that I might took around 30-40 seconds to decide what I want, and yes I might took long when you waiting and still not so sure what I’m going on I order I did asked “what’s your recommendation for ice coffee” She mentioned left is local and right is western . So many option, evaporated milk, condensed milk, etc and I think the term also in local such as Kopi gaw, Kopi c dao, etc it’s take too me to see and understand as I’m just visiting. At the end just said strong mocha please medium, just little time to wait and happily zipping my mocha in the corner to cool down 😀 Service for sure there is big room for improvement in the future
