First time having here. Highly recommended their Signature White Bee Hoon. It's tasty. A must try for those dine in here. For the ppl talking about flies, kinda cant be avoided as the area is near the sea. Bonus point is, sea view look nice, like east coast feeling. I would gladly dine in here again. The waiters was friendly and professional. This is based on my experience. Ty for reading my honest review.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my dining experience at your restaurant last night. Given your brand’s reputation, I had certain expectations, but unfortunately, my visit fell far below them. Firstly, I was surprised to see that the entire restaurant was managed by just one staff member taking orders and serving, which led to delays and affected the overall experience. The food quality was also extremely disappointing. The Sambal Fried Oyster Egg had oysters that were not fresh, and after consuming it, my wife experienced stomach discomfort and vomiting. She is an oyster lover and immediately noticed the lack of freshness. Additionally, the dish was excessively oily. The Sambal Fried Promfret was served half-cooked, with the inside still raw. While the staff kindly offered to redo it, by the time it arrived, we had already finished our meal, and it ended up as a takeaway. Both sambal dishes tasted factory-made rather than freshly prepared. The Kampong Fried Rice was overly oily and lacked flavor, with the use of frozen prawns despite its $12.90 price tag. The Chicken Satay was definitely not grilled or barbecued authentically; instead, it seemed steamed or oven-heated with a superficial char. The only redeeming factor was your signature White Bee Hoon, but even then, relying solely on one dish to carry the restaurant’s reputation is not sustainable. Additionally, using frozen fish at premium pricing is unacceptable. For a meal consisting of just five dishes, costing approximately $125 for two adults and two kids, the quality simply did not justify the price. What makes this even more disappointing is that I had a similar experience dining in a year ago. I returned, hoping for improvement, but it is clear that the issues remain unchanged. This will be the last chance I give WBH. Given this experience, I am highly unlikely to return and would rather opt for a coffee shop zichar or cai fan, where the quality is similar or even better, at a fraction of the cost. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these quality issues, as it greatly impacts your brand’s credibility.

House of White Bee Hoon is definitely a Must-Try after a long morning walk in Coney Island. Their speciality, the White Bee Hoon, is absolutely delicious - rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We also splurged on the Chilli Crab (SGD 35) which was fresh and tasty, though the bee hoon was definitely the star. Satay was a bit of let down, but rest of the food was good. The service was pleasant and attentive, making for a very enjoyable experience. They have outdoor seating too, which was perfect for a breezy evening. Def recommend if you're looking for an authentic and satisfying sea food meal!

We walked by and were invited by a nice lady. They gave us a roomy seat only to be asked by one of the waitresses to change seat (the place was quite empty). The worse thing was the chicken wings we ordered were served less than 1 min after we ordered. It was cold. They had a photoshoot in their stall and it looked suspiciously like the display. They took it back and served again after 5 mins although it seemed like it was the same plate. Green vegetables that was served was nice though. Person who processed our payment was least friendly. Never to return again.
