Pepper rice was seasoned well and the salmon was quite good. However, the downfall of the dish was the beef as it was tough to chew :( might be better if you ate it at the stall I guess.

Bought duo pepper rice. Made of salmon and beef. But both beef and salmon disgustingly little. Paid $10.90 for it.

Well seasoned, and not too strong!! Stall is concept under Tenderbest, not Pepper Luch but still good sizzling beef and chicken plate cost only $10.90. Worth it and portions are good! Good customer service. Located at the all-halal foodcourt beside Northpoint. Walking distance away from Yishun Bus Interchange.
