My husband made a reservation here for my birthday lunch and it was easily one of the best decisions he made. It is impressive how Harummanis managed to elevate Malay dishes, especially the rendang which is a quintessential Malay dish. We were blown away by the explosion of flavours each dish brings. The service by the team, especially Michelle was top-notch. They were attentive, warm and sincere in their interactions and I can’t thank the team enough for the wonderful dining experience at Harummanis. I was touched when the service team presented me with a handwritten birthday card. :’) Also, a special shoutout to Michelle who suggested that we pay a visit to one of the many photobooth shops located along Haji Lane, as a way of capturing memories of this special day. We ended up visiting 3 photobooths! Our meal came up to slightly over $140, which is about $70+ per person. We will be sure to share about our lovely meal and experience with others!

Visited in Dec 2023 Got to know about this restaurant by word of mouth, and decided to try it out. The restaurant has barely been in operation (less than a month) and it is clear that the staff are still in set-up mode. Food wise, there are 2 menus: (a) A 3 course a-la-carte menu for $65++, and (b) A 5 course tasting menu for $165++. The pricing of the 5 course tasting menu feels a tad bit on the higher side. The cooking is good and the courses had a lot of flavour. The ‘Malay touch’ to the dishes is very evident. Service was absolutely exemplary. Michelle is such a great person who treats ever try person with such kindness and personal touch. All in all, this is a place definitely worth visiting. The restaurant will become more popular with time due to Chef Anuar’s popularity.

My wife and I would like to thank Harumanis Sg for having us over lunch for our 5th anniversary. We appreciate the hospitality and we thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with Harumanis sg The food has elevated our tastebuds and we appreciate the chef’s vision of elevating Malay cuisine and culture through different cooking techniques. The desserts were fire too. The only regret I have is not choosing the 5 course meal 🤣.

I celebrated my wife's birthday at this restaurant and it was truly a delightful experience. The food was absolutely amazing, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. This place is perfect for enjoying Malay-inspired dishes in a fine dining setting. What truly stood out was the exceptional service we received. The staff went above and beyond by surprising my wife with a thoughtful birthday card. It was such a lovely touch that made the evening even more special.

We were to awed by the food that we didn’t managed to take any pictures! Chef Akmal had done well in balancing the flavours and elevating Malay cuisine! Will definitely come back :)
