Absolutely fabulous spot. Super high energy and delicious food. The constant greetings they gave folks entering was entertaining. It was loud and lovely so plan for that! Also it books out so reserve ahead. Shout out to Vivi and K who took excellent care of me!

It was a very lively izakaya. Had to attend an office party there. But since I am Muslim they gave me a vegetarian menu and the server was really nice and sweet. She made sure that my meal was not getting mixed with others non veg order. They have an all you can drink menu which combines both alcohol and non alcohol drinks. They also had an awesome live performance.

Kill Bill brought us here, so this is definitely an izakaya with a vibe! It was a really busy location, but I appreciated it as a one-time dining spot. This seemed to be a venue for larger gatherings, but the food was rather nice. However, the price point is greater than regular izakayas. Also, the personnel spoke perfect English, so this made the experience even more smooth.

Okay this place is a bit of a popular tourist and ex pat location because of the close ties to the movie Kill Bill, BUT, is it good? YES! The service here is awesome! The drinks are decent priced, and the food, wow! This is a fantastic way to experience Japanese food and they are generous on portions and the food is super tasty. It’s a bit more expensive for this type of casual food, but they pull it off so well. The washrooms are upstairs so you get a nice tour of the setting from a Birds Eye view. Definitely make reservations because they do get super busy and super packed on the daily. Add this to your list of places to check out, it’s definitely fun and worth a stop!

Great food and excellent service. Food prices are perhaps twenty percent higher than the best you can get out there for comparable, but you're paying for the ambiance. Speaking of the ambiance, if you're looking for the Kill Bill Restaurant this isn't it. This location inspired the set used in the movie. That said it's still a very cool interior.
