Please reprimand your staff(the one with white hair) as he is seen smoking inside the bus vicinity instead of smoking at the bin area and there is a pregnant lady and a toddler at the bus stop! Your staff got aggressive and stared at us for trying to tell him nicely to smoke at the bin area. Bear in mind that your staff action reflects a lot on your company’s Image.
