Pancakes are soft and fragrant, these are made when ordered, so expect a little wait. My favourite flavour is the plain one :) the baked rice is pretty good too!

Flipper's is very delightful, and my recent visit there left me absolutely enchanted. From the moment I stepped into the vicinity, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service from Herbert. His attentiveness and genuine care ensured that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. The Japanese pancakes were a revelation – fluffy, light, and bursting with flavor, they were a true delight for the senses. The ambiance of the place was inviting and cozy, making it the perfect spot to indulge in some pancake perfection. Flipper's has undoubtedly earned its place as a must-visit destination for anyone craving a taste of pancake paradise.

The menu has not much of options. The staff were friendly. The water was self service where you can get it in the middle of the restaurant. Price was above average. The Benedict pancake - the pancake is really fluffy and so good. Even it’s in savory but still so good. Love the Benedict sauce and the salad was great too. The chocolate drink - dark chocolate tastes good, the bear was too hard to bite, maybe can make a brownie version instead.

Came here for a Father’s Day tea break. Stroller friendly if you are bringing your baby along. The ordering time to serving can take awhile during crowded hours. There’s an open glass concept of the kitchen so you can video and take pictures while they prepare the pancakes. We ordered the 2 piece set fresh fruit kiseki , comes along with soup of the day and a drink. Good enough for 2 pax. However, I feel abit of pricey for this. They also offer other main dish to go along if you are really hungry, many just come here only for the pancakes as this is their specialty. Check out the menu attached for you and plan your trip down. Cheers! 🥂
