The biscuits are excellent. However this outlet's service is so so poor (putting it nicely). The person serving me started weighing my order and I notice she had chosen the wrong type. So I told her and she got extremely agitated. No my fault that she didn't pay attention when I initially ordered. It was not during busy time, I was the only customer. So I don't know what's her issue. Do yourself a favour and get your cookies from another outlet.

I went here for two consecutive days. Yesterday, the man on the shift was nice and the service was okay. Today, the woman on the shift left the counter for so long, and her service was terrible. Attitude can definitely be improved - no "sorry for the wait", "thanks for buying", or even basic attitude to have some eye contact when talking to the customer. Won't be coming back to this outlet.

the lady was grumpy and lazy in explaining. just kept asking what flavour i want. supposed to be a gift, but plastic bag is full of dust and well, maybe she’s quitting and couldnt be bothered by these? and i even paid extra for pretty box. sad great cookies with worst service. should be 0 stars🥲

Cookies the way I remembered them as a kid at Parkway Parade. My favourite is the raisin and cinnamon cookie. Staff here was fast, friendly and efficient. Didn’t quite like the new blue packaging though, it reminds me of a medical bag.

Lady extremely lazy - HAD HER BREAK SINCE 4:30 apparently till 6:30. Need more workers to ensure customers can always buy their products. This happens I’m assuming everyday. Came here out of my way multiple times just to buy and LEFT WITH ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! CALLED THE STORE AND LADY PUT ME ON HOLD - clearly avoiding doing her job. Another Customer shouted to get her attention and was brushed off. Made no sense for the other customers and I to wait 2 hours. PLEASE GET BETTER EMPLOYEES
