Had my dinner here at the fourth floor, honestly the chef wasn’t that friendly but the food he cooked was just awesome! He also asked if I wanted spicy for everything before cooking, which I am very appreciative of. Do tell the chef early before he cooks for you if you don’t wish to eat spicy foods… The secret to this delicious meal is in their sauce, and it tasted so good complimenting all the meats and rice! Portion size was just nice. I could see fresh meats and seafoods waiting to be cooked for other diners, station was kept clean all the time and the food was served fast in front of my eyes! Would be good if they also had the option to buy no sugar added drinks like iced water or green tea no sugar. Overall you can expect the customer service aunties to usher you in and explain to you the different sets they have. The chef will cook your set and serve it up on a piece of aluminum foil. Just eat, enjoy and go your merry way. *Do expect to wait at least 20 minutes in a queue during peak hours. Read the menu properly as they may not have time to explain to you the different sets they have. One can expect to spend around $20++ here per person.

An affordable teppanyaki around the neighborhood, the food quality is good and it's value for money. You will sit beside the teppanyaki table and the chef will cook in front of you. Their fish fillets was really very good., which I really liked them a lot. It can get really crowded during peak hours, so be prepared to wait for 30 mins to be seated.

5 stars for the food. 1 star for service. 2 stars for ambience. Just because it's a food court doesn't mean the service has to be subpar. People should take pride and do their job well, regardless of what their chosen profession is.

The service staff and cashier (the aunty) are all very rude and arrogant. When I ask to move to the other table because I have a friend joining me, the service staff black face and refuse to change table or add my guest, the reason is the Fat Chef will not be happy as they already prep the food portion to cook on the first table. They have not even start cooking. I know they are popular but the service standard is really bad, because they are popular during dinner time so they become so arrogant. The only good thing -- The other chef at second table his cooking is pretty good (not the fat chef).
