Hidden gem in Lucky Plaza. Humble setting. Good service from the counter staff. Reasonable pricing $5.30 Laksa Goreng & $3 fried chicken drumstick. Tauhu Goreng $3.80 also recommended by Sunday Times. Their dry Laksa Goreng was a star dish. Reminded me of the dry Laksa by Violet Oon but much better value! Their fried chicken drumstick is even better than the specialist Nasi Goreng stall on the 5/F. Worth returning to. Great find.

This cafe is located inside Lucky Plaza. They have 3 humble stalls that's couple steps away from each other. We moved from 2nd stall to 3rd stall as the smoke from the kitchen on the 2nd stall was pretty strong. We would love to try their lontong but it's OOS. At the end we tried nasi goreng kampong ayam tepi (kampong fried rice with fried chicken on the side) and bubur ayam. Nasi goreng kampong ayam tepi was so delicious, bubur ayam was okay. Yes, we would love to come back again for the lontong and other menu.

My first day of work had Mee Soto ($4.70) here and the Malay auntie was so friendly. I have been eating lunch there ever since as it feels so homely. Iced coffee was great too!!

Word of advice to the female Chinese Co owner.. Your Malay staff have Excellent client service. That's the main reason I have been a long time customer of virtually your entire menu. You're obviously out of practice. Might also be an idea to understand CLV - customer lifetime value.

Word of advice to the Chinese female Co owner: the mainly Malay staff's excellent service is why I have been a Long time customer of virtually your entire menu. You're obviously out of practice. Do look up CLV-customer lifetime value. Nitpicking won't increase it. Understanding your customers will.
