Very disappointing. Been supporting BH for years and even recommended many friends to them. Lately service & quality is bad. Left was sample pic and right was the actual cake we picked up. $97 for this presentation? Distorted faded print? Seriously? Feedback to sales staff n its been days.. no response to date.

Tks baker's heart. I'm happy to see my son cake! We enjoyed the cake very much. Not too sweet. Great for our kids and old folks. Strongly recommend

Im a returning customer. This is my 5th time ordering my daughter's cake. Applied membership and love the birthday discount. Cake is yummy and design is great. Price is reasonable.
