First time patronising Auntie Anne in Singapore given the price differential between here and in JB, and was terribly disappointed with the quality difference.. The pretzel stick that we got was perhaps left out for too long, making it nothing but a tough piece of bread stick (yeah no flavours). The original pretzel was a little better, but we thought it’s only because it’s hot.. Such experience was not to be had if we are paying more, granted the long queue was to serve customers hot pretzels too. If this was the first time I’m having this anywhere I would never come back, unfortunately.

Was serve by a very polite Malay lady staff today at Jem outlet! Service was quick and efficient. Good customer service! Very hard to meet this kind of great service nowadays. :) keep it up!

The staff in JEM outlet are very slow in taking & serving orders to customers. There are 3 staff at the outlet but only 1 staff taking orders, packing the orders and taking payments. The other 2 are making the dough, arranging the items in the display rack when there are still a lot of food in it instead of helping the staff at the counter to clear the Q's. Waited 25 mins in a Q of 5 persons ahead of me...that's totally not efficient at all esp in the F&B industry serving FAST FOOD...

The queue moved quite steadily. Enjoyed my Almond Crunch pretzel with small little sweet almonds over it. Add on a caramel sauce ($1) for extra yumminess!

Slow service despite just 2 customers in front. Waited for 15 mins thanks to the slow and steady service staff.
