I recently dined at this burger stall for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed! The burger had an incredibly soft texture, and the patty was just superb. I tried the truffle shroom burger, and it absolutely melted in my mouth. It was such a fantastic experience to enjoy a burger of this quality. I don't usually order burgers when I'm out, but this stall has truly set a new standard. Great job, team!

Really like the burger here with the soft buns. Burger was rather small for the price but still acceptable. Thick cut fries are also a nice choice. There was a bit of queue but they had buzzer so you don't have to wait at the stall, and waited only about 10 mins for the food which is very reasonable on a weekend evening. Definitely recommended if you are looking for quality burger in a hawker.

Finally tried their original outlet and the food is pretty tasty for hawker western stall. Pulled beef burger had good marinade and buns were quite soft. Chicken chop was well grilled as well. Had to wait 15-20mins but it was fine. Plenty of fries given. Meal for two cos $20+ which is not bad at all.

Heard the hype about this stall and went to experience it. Located in the bottom floor of the Beach Road Food Centre. Had the Ashes Cheese Burger (single) for $8.40, and Mexican Pulled Beef Burger (single) for $10. Personally, I like the Pulled Beef Burger a lot, juicy pulled beef with flavorful seasoning and slightly spicy. The bun is black and soft. Though the beef is slightly hard to chew. The fries are nicely done as well, can be served with chili sauce or tomato sauce. Friendly staff, good service, hawker stall environment. Tips: You can wash your hands at the end of the bottom floor, so you need to go to the washroom at the top floor.

If you ever felt the need to ascent your taste for the finer things in life without the need to break the bank, Ashes Burnnit is the next best option that anyone could choose to go for. Located in the heart of Beach Road, at the famed Golden Mile Hawker Centre, this food outlet is to try out for. Not only were the taste of cheeseburgers their mains, but they used charcoal burger buns which are quite fluffy and light. For their menu, they offer meaty burgers all the way through and the only difference is they have single or double offerings. All these meals come with a side of fries. Their mainline cheeseburgers like mine in the video are super simple but damn, it was good that I nearly was floored to buy another one. The meat is well-seasoned and cooked through and the pairing of condiments were quite tantalising.
