Popular Malay stall in the neighbourhood and definitely one of the best, if not the best in Woodlands. Great tasting, my favourite from their place is their lontong. Gravy is not too heavy and oily. Good for takeaway and ordering and food always comes hot. Quite a long Q for breakfast but their service speed is quite fast. Affordable!

How’s the food can be explained by the non stop long queue from morning 7:30am for at least 2 hours daily. I’ve tried Lontong, Mee Siam, Gado-Gado, Nasi Lemak with Chicken Wings, Ayam Masak Merah, all are my recurring orders. It’s good in flavor and prices are decent. It’s all day comfort food and in particular I like how they season the fried chicken wings and even their kuey. You have to be early, as its sold out very fast and you might not be sure if the person queue infront or you “sapu” all. Have fun with this yummy Malay stall.

Excellent Malay cuisine from a tiny stall tucked away in a neighborhood kopitiam called 7*Stars. Robust flavors, high turnover rate for ingredients, and ample portions make it a great choice for lunch! Ikan Sambal, Ayam Masak Merah, Sambal Goreng, and Sambal cuttlefish are all wonderful! Their Sambal belachan is really spicy so go easy on it if you’re a moderate chili eater like me. Do support them! Went back again on another occasion in the morning and tried their nasi lemak. One word. SEDAPPPPP.

D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!! You know how tedious to type that word with the iPhone. But I need to do that to emphasize how good and yummy their foods are. Come early for the famous yet elusive Lontong. Elusive since it usually vanishes before 11 am, nowhere to be found, only disappointment will greet you if you come after 11 am. It always sold out every single day!!!!! But fret not, their other dishes are also very good. I love their nasi lemak, the rice is so fragrant with coconut milk. Their ayam penyet is really the bang of the buck. This is my go-to place to get my Malay Food cravings fix.
