Ordered today. Saw timing on the counter less than 10 mins after ordering we will receive the food. Informed counter it's been more than 10 mins nw(by now we have waited 20 mins) He said oh order takes 10 to 20 mins. So he went to check on our order and ask us to wait. We waited again cause he said will be ready soon. We asked again where is our and guess what, he lost our order slip. We asked to cancel the order cause its already been 45 mins nw and still no food. We finally received our food after 50 mins of waiting. We were the only ones at the store at that point of time and we see them packing all grab food orders but not ours.

Staff not attentive, not friendly and giving out black face. One of the staff name ANN, the other Malay boy not sure, and one auntie. First check on 20mins, I was asked to continue waiting. When I checked status after 30mins, the auntie went to attend to another customer when she has not solve my problem and did not give me the status. I left another negative review when this branch newly open, but the review has disappeared. 3rd time visit still giving a very unpleasant experience. Estimated waiting time is never accurate. Waited for 30mins checked for status 2 times. Was asked to continue waiting but in fact the food was already ready for very long even before my first check (I can see the pack left on table before my first check). Will never come back.

Stopped by for dinner to try their Truffle Fried Rice max, and it was delicious! Taste like a Christmas Morning. Completely understood why people were raving about it. I’m not a fan of truffle but this was exceptional. The turkey ham and cranberries added so much flavour to the dish. I truly enjoyed it. Service was great even though it was dinner hour.

The food here is so yummy… Especially their grilled chicken udon : suggest you add Naibai and shimeji mushrooms! The service by Zhi Fa uncle is so good. Hes very patient and friendly (:

Very long high demand 40 to 50 minutes, came here very busy peak hours trying to buy food feel more hungry later at home for dinner.

Came to pick up my food that I ordered from the web, told the uncle I was here to pickup but completely ignored me so I asked again & got ignored. Another staff finally pass me my order that has been hiding behind the counter, if busy at least just let me know to hold on. Ignore as if I never pay for my order, wait like 3 mins + to pickup my order that has been behind the counter, rushing for my bus then end up miss my bus.

It is easy to order and convenient to pick up. My hubby and I love their newest delight - Abalone Black Pepper Fried Rice MAX. It smells so good and there were 6pcs of tender abalones complemented by the aromatic tasty black pepper fried rice. The addition of succulent, sweet pineapples adds that extra touch of festivity and prosperity to the dish. Highly recommended to give it a try!

Checked out the Satay Chicken Fried Rice as part of the Raya promotion. The satay sauce adds a great flavour to the fried rice!
